We offer free standard shipping on all orders over  within the United States.  .  Packages will be mailed via USPS and arrive within 2-4 business days.

 

Taiwan

We offer free express delivery on all orders over $100 within Taiwan.  For orders under $100, there will be a $15 shipping fee.  The package will be mailed by Express and arrive in 10-14 working days. For customized items, an additional 3 days of processing time will be required. 

 

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, in exceptional cases it may take up to 3 business days to process.

For items that have not yet arrived, you can still purchase it.  Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page for your reference during checkout.  Note that you will be charged when you place your order.

Because jewelry is considered as a personal product, we will only accept returns on any item that is in new, unworn, scratch-free condition with the original packing within 30 days of receipt.

However, we will charge a 10% restocking fee for refunds.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please include your name, order number and photos of product and packaging.  After the review is approved, a full refund will be made.

 

To return an item, please first email babesofgod3@gmail.com with order details, returned product and packaging.  Once approved, we will provide a free return sticker.

 

Taiwan

Sorry, we are currently unable to provide returns for international orders.

 

Disclaimer:

As jewelry is a personal item, we will not accept any items that look used, worn, scratched or missing parts, such as pouches, gift boxes, etc.  You will be notified if your return is not accepted.
